I was looking for affordable reliable vehicle. I knew my credit score was not perfect. Austin in sales and crystal in financing worked on finding something. A couple weeks passed and I was involved in rollover accident. I called explaining that needed something fast. They got me approved and found me perfect ride, with the important features I wanted. Great monthly payments. I will be life customer. Thank you Austin and crystal at Cassill Motors.

Great experience! Jeremiah went above and beyond in familiarizing us with the vehicle and was amazing at answering all of our questions/concerns to make the decision to buy this used car an easy one. The whole staff was friendly and helpful. Would recommend.

If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would. We got to our appointment and were immediately greeted by Austin, he helped us get to the car that we had been looking at online, on our test drive we noticed something and he was quick to find out if it was being handled and it was. We then worked with Crystal for finance who is such a great person to work with. Very friendly, and definitely goes the extra mile. I've never had such a positive experience when purchasing a car and can't begin to explain how thankful I am to have found Cassill. I don't normally leave reviews but this business is doing it right and deserves all the recognition they can get.

I've had an extreme amount of work done in my car and they've helped me through the process the entire way. They help me install a supercharger kit on my car and work out many issues after with more upgrades. This was no small task upgrading fuel system upgrading pulleys adding a front mount intercooler.

Jeremiah and Roger were great to work with during our new vehicle buying process, both with helping locate a new ride and giving us a fair deal on our trade-in. We appreciated the transparency during the process and not keeping us in the dealership too long like other places often do.

My husband and I purchased a vehicle from Cassill Motors and it was a great experience! Jeremiah was friendly and knowledgable without being overly “pushy”. He let us make our own decisions while simply providing information in a manner that was positive but also was not trying to sway our minds one way or another. Crystal was our finance person and she spent not less than 5 hours working on getting us into the car we wanted at a price we are comfortable with. Both Jeremiah and Crystal were easy to contact and clear about every step of the process, which is nice for someone like me who is new to the whole dealership world. I recommended Cassill Motors to a few people so far and the best way I could describe our experience was that the sales people and staff at the dealership are “honest people selling cars”, not “car salesman”.
