Job Summary:
As a F&I Manager at Cassill Motors, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the financing process for our customers. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of automotive financing, including loan applications, credit assessments, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. - Sales Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for add-on products such as extended warranties, gap insurance, and maintenance plans.
- Customer Satisfaction: Focus on delivering a high level of customer satisfaction by offering excellent service and transparent communication throughout the financing process.

- Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role in the automotive industry.
